The dress I'm wearing for the freshman formal, woohoo. Except the real dress has lots of tiny little red flowers on it and it's glittery. w00t.

So the other day my mum gets me a "How to draw Manga" book. Well, I think she got it for me. All I know is that I come home and it's on my desk. So either the generous gremlins who live under my bed magicked it up for me, or my mother found it in the goodness of her heart to purchase it for me.

It's not an amazingly useful guidebook, but I figure practice doesn't hurt. So I was all in a drawing manga-style mood today and doodled everywhere. I would scan the doodles, but that's too much work for a lazy youngin' like me. You'll just have to be content with these four I did last night step-by-step by the book. The author's drawings aren't that great, nor are her explanations, but there are a few tips I found helpful, so the book is not entirely worthless. Yeah.
