Also, I had art class at Tyler today, and we had a girl come in to model, and I did a nice charcoal of her shoes, but I'm nervous about scanning it, because I don't want charcoal all over my scanner. Maybe if my brother would get his stupid digital camera working, I could just take a picture of it.
I had five pages of my sketchbook due Friday, so I, being the skillful procrastinator that I am, did one page Thursday night and the other four throughout the schoolday. [Thank the fates I have art the last period of the day!]

Did this during biology. My watch. Yay. [I'm not good at drawing circles; I know.]

Did this during World Civ. My hand holding a pencil. Not amazing, but I was in a rush. Needs shading.

Also did this during World Civ. I love the hinge work. It looks so real! =D

Did this during English. My hand holding my sketchbook. Didn't finish detail on the bracelets, obviously.

This is the one I did Thursday night. I actually drew it from my reflection in my compact, but it didn't turn out looking like me at all. xP Nose too long, eyes too big, etc.

I was bored this weekend, so I said, "Nora, what do you want me to draw?" And being a seven-year-old girl, it's not surprising that her answer was a girl on a unicorn. The original answer was a girl on a unicorn with WINGS, but I didn't feel like drawing them.

I really like this picture because it's all brown. Brown is a very pretty colour, in my humble opinion. *eats*

Best part about this? Her hair. That was so fun. Worst? It looks very, very 2-dimensional. But that's okay. I'll pretend it's part of my style. ;D

Oh, and yes, she's got a Princess Jasmine outfit going on.

Me: What should she wear?
Nora: A dress.
Me: She's not riding side-saddle.
Nora: Fine, then pants and a long-sleeved shirt.
Me: Modern-looking, or like baggy pants like this? *holds up one of the Song of the Lioness books*
Nora: Like that.
Me: Okay. ... *thinks for a moment* ...D'you want me to do it like Princess Jasmine?
Nora: Yeah.
